This one knife tool is especially built for dry cutting on Aluminium Materials by CNC – High Frequency Routers. The tool is extremly hard coated and has a very long life on Aluminium and Aluminium Compound Material.

The special balanced tools range up to 8 mm Diameter are for high frequency spindels.The chips do not stick on the cutter edge due to the special coating. The spindle speed can be very high. The life time in Aluminium Compound and Aluminium Sheet material is extremly higher than any normal tools.
