Vacuum Cardboard Light and Heavy glue – Self-adhesive
Vacuum Cardboard Light has a thickness of 0.7 mm and a self-adhesive layer. It is ideal for small components on CNC milling machines. The adhesive layer is easy to remove and the components come off reliably. Placed on normal vacuum tables as a sacrificial plate, the vacuum is distributed evenly under the milled part.
After milling, the Vacuum Cardboard Light can be easily removed by peeling it off, which significantly simplifies work processes. When the milling cutter is immersed, the component is additionally pressed into the adhesive, preventing it from shifting. Adhesion of the milling cutter is largely prevented, allowing the chips to be removed easily. The grid size is 10 × 10 mm, which covers most applications well.
Alternatively, the Vacuum Cardboard Heavy with increased adhesive strength is available, which uses a grid of 5 × 5 mm.
Applications:Self-adhesive anti-slip cardboard for small workpieces. Extended cutter service life. Can be milled through. The adhesive is easy to remove.
