Roughing-finishing cutters with chip breakers especially for long cutting plastics chips but also for many other technical plastics. This milling cutter enables you to remove the swarf efficiently. No more clogging of the suction with polyamide (PA), very good chip breaking, which extremely reduces the winding of the chip around the cutter. Very high feed rates possible as the cutter has 3 cutting edges. The milling cutter is centre cutting. The milling cutters with coating also offer a very long tool life.
Speed: 15,000 – 20,000 rpm, feed xy : 6,000 – 12,000 mm/min.
