This Diamond Edge Polisher is especially built for Sign Makers, advertising engineers and specifically for small businesses with low production levels or only short parts. The Diamond Polisher has a very good price and will be delivered fully equipped, special accessories can be acquired and installed later. To emphasize is the unique clamping range of the material (0-45mm) in this price range and the complete equipment.

Acrylic Diamond Edge Polisher

Edge Polisher for Acrylic and other Themoplastic. The machine polish edges from 0 -45 mm in one piece or packages with the same size. The length of the parts can be up to 2 Meter and with the new XL rails (XL rails are special accessories) up to 3 Meter. Acrylic will be polished with a feet speed up to 1,2 Meter per Minute, Polycarbonate and PETG up to 3,5 Meter per Minute. Latest updates are the new suction unit together with the new cutter head. They reduced the noise down to 76 dBa, you feel half of the noise as our older machines. The new absolute maintenance-free clamp system with Belt covering system is also on board (older machines can be refurbished to this new clamp system).

We deliver within Europe at a flat rate, i.e., including packaging and transport.. The Polisher will be delivered as a fully equipped machine with 2 cutter heads of your choice, suction unit, packaging and transport. The installation is possible for a fair price.
