Two flute engraving and chamfer cutter with polished flute create very fine and clean surfaces. They are suited not only for engraving, but also for chamfering or grooving of bending parts or adhesive parts in plastics processing. The 94 degrees tool a special for gap filling glue.

By using two cutting edges, faster feeds are possible than for single-tooth cutters, which considerably shortens the processing time while maintaining the same quality.

Applications:

The cutters can be used for plastics, wood and aluminium and are very durable. For aluminium there is also a coated version, please see article 123.
