This solid carbide single tooth cutter with polished flute is especially suitable for machining acrylic glass and other plastics as well as wood (solid) and MDF. The tool produces an excellent surface due to the very sharp cutting edge and has a very good chip flow due to its polished flute. The constant further development of the geometries of the cutter always guarantees you the best cutting result.

We also offer this milling cutter coated as article 122.

We can produce special tools for you within 14 days. All products come from European production.

Applications:

Optimal cutting results are achieved with the following cutting values:
Acrylic/Polycarb = Vc 200 - 400; PVC, PA, PE und andere: Vc = ca. 300
Vorschub fz = 0,05 - 0,3 mm/z
