This one knife tool is especially built for dry cutting on Aluminium Materials by CNC – High Frequency Routers. The tool is extremly hard coated (6000HV) and has a very long life on Aluminium and Aluminium Compound Material. The Coating is double so hard as our DLC coated tool.

The special balanced tools range up to 8 mm Diameter are for high frequency spindels.The chips do not stick on the cutter edge due to the special coating. The spindle speed can be very high. The life time in Aluminium Compound and Aluminium Sheet material is extremly higher than any normal tools.

Please ask us for the Spindle, Feed speed and Cutting depth of this tool. You will be surprised.

The End Mills with the “W” in the part code are special for soft aluminium like Signi Colour or same Material.
