The monocrystalline diamond chamfer milling cutter is a tool for finishing facets, chamfers or for deburring acrylic glass.
It produces a high-gloss and stress-free surface with low chip removal. The surface depends on the one hand on the spindle used and its bearing clearance and on the other hand on the concentricity of the spindle.
The lower the bearing clearance, the better the surface to be produced.
Recommended chip removal:
0.05 to 0.2 mm
